Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Applicable to all Paid Training Programs/Courses/Events.
If, for any reason, you would like to cancel a booking or registration made online, this may be done by contacting us at 072 490 9977 or emailing us at admin@ceo-academy.org.za.
Delegates will not receive refunds if a booking is cancelled less than five (5) days before the Training Program/Course/Event date. Cancellations of bookings or registrations received more than five (5) days prior will incur a 20% administration fee of the total amount paid. Refunds will be paid within thirty (30) days.
CEO Academy reserves the right to debit your payment card in respect of any late cancellations. Should a delegate cancel their payment for any reason or if their payment card should cease to be valid for whatever reason, delegates will nevertheless be bound to pay the total purchase price, including all costs incurred by CEO Academy relating to the recovery thereof.
Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, CEO Academy reserves the right to cancel forthwith any sale and/or a delegate’s registration in the event of that delegate’s breach of any of the terms and conditions.

Your privacy is very important to us, and therefore, any information you upload on our website, including any payment card information, will be processed and/or stored on a secure server.
Our secure server encrypts your personal and banking details in order to minimise the risk of unauthorised disclosure or interception. CEO Academy will not disclose, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties without your consent unless we are compelled to do so by law. CEO Academy may only do so if you have granted consent thereto.

We cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information you exchange with us. CEO Academy shall take all reasonable steps to process personal information in accordance with the stipulations of the POPI Act.

CEO Academy. reserves the right to discontinue or change the specifications of our services from time to time without notice. We will inform all affected delegates as soon as possible if any services booked, registered or paid are unavailable.

The Training Programs/Courses/Events will only be offered at the dates, times, places, and for the duration indicated on the applicable Events & Training Schedule and Private Training Courses/Programs. Bookings made online constitute your offer to purchase, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
Your offer is deemed to have been accepted by us when you receive our confirmation of your booking, registration, or payment. Failure by us to formally confirm or notify acceptance shall not affect the validity of the sale or the enforceability thereof.
All delegates attending select paid Training Programs/Courses/Events may be required to complete attendance registers to attend the training unless digital attendance is recorded. Upon proving satisfactory attendance at the select Training Program/Course/Event, delegates will receive Certificates of Training, Completion, or Attendance.
Related Training Products:
Related training products and training material.
Subject to select Training Programs/Courses/Events, availability and upon receipt of payment, requests will be processed within two (2) days and delivery confirmed by way of emailed receipt (e.g. booking/registration number/booking voucher, etc.).
Related training products and training material will be delivered digitally, where applicable, or may be collected at the applicable training venue, or alternatively, couriers and postal services are used for deliveries. All associated costs are visible on applicable invoices.
Country of Domicile:
The CEO Academy website is governed by the laws of South Africa and CEO Academy. chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature:

Pricing Policy:
Delegates will be charged the prices as they are reflected on the website. Delegates will be charged the actual amount due with respect to the specific Training Program/Course/Event to be attended or the related training product delivered. Prices, as stipulated, are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT).
Select Training Programs/Courses/Events may be subject to certain conditions, including seat availability and limited offer stipulations.
BEE Certified & CEO Academy Training Certificate:
CEO is a B-BBEE Level 7 Contributor.
All delegates attending select paid Training Programs/Courses/Events may be required to complete attendance registers to attend the training unless digital attendance is recorded. Upon proving satisfactory attendance at the select Training Program/Course/Event, delegates will receive Certificates of Training, Completion, or Attendance.
